The "History" section keeps previous correspondence with customers. This section will be useful if you need to continue the conversation already completed or you want to re-read the conversation
List of completed conversations
The list of completed conversations is grouped by date. In the table, you can see the date of the dialogue, the name of the client and the number of messages in the dialogue for that day.

To access older conversations you can scroll through the list. Old dialogues will be gradually loaded.

Clicking on the dialog line will open a dialog with the selected client.
